With 46 years in Pacific Northwest commercial real estate, Mike and his team provide buyer and seller representation, tenant and landlord advisory, and transaction management for private, public, and nonprofit organizations. They bring deep market knowledge, a consultative approach, and a commitment to mission-aligned real estate strategy.
Professional Accomplishments
Mike has led many of the region's most complex and mission-critical assignments, with work spanning large-scale dispositions, redevelopment advisory, and long-term occupier strategy. His engagements include the multi-year disposition of the Concordia University campus, the campus redevelopment of Artist Repertory Theatre, and the specialty disposition of the New Hope campus. He provides ongoing tenant advisory for regional and statewide organizations including Providence Health & Services, the Salvation Army, OnPoint Community Credit Union, and the Port of Portland. In 2025, Mike and his team were named Office Team of the Year by the Commercial Association of Brokers, in conjunction with NAIOP and SIOR.
